What Are White Label SEO Services?
White label SEO services let an agency or consultant sell search work under their own brand while another team does the work. You keep the client relationship and the invoice. We run the keyword research, the on-page changes, the technical fixes, and the reporting, and your client never sees our name unless you want them to.
Most agencies come looking for white label SEO services for one of two reasons. A client asked for search work and you have nobody to run it, or you have someone and they are already at capacity.
Either way the choice is the same: turn the work away, hire for it, or hand it to a team that already does it.
Three Ways to Work Together
Not everyone who needs this wants to be invisible about it. Agencies usually do. Fractional CMOs usually do not, because being the person who brought in a real specialist is part of the value they sell.
So pick the model that fits the relationship you have with your client.
| Model | Who the client sees | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| White label | You only. We are invisible. | Agencies with a brand to protect and a client who expects one vendor |
| Named partner | You lead, we are introduced as your SEO team | Fractional CMOs and consultants embedded in a client’s team |
| Referral | Us. You hand off and collect a fee. | Anyone who wants the client served well without managing the work |

You are not locked in. Plenty of partners run white label for one client and a referral for another, depending on what the account needs.
“He made the process simple and easy to understand, and his strategies really helped us optimize our online presence.”

What Is Included Every Month
Every account runs the same program whichever model you pick, so white label SEO services and named partner accounts get identical delivery.
- Keyword research and mapping. Every target term assigned to one page, so the client’s pages stop competing with each other.
- On-page work. Title tags, meta descriptions, headers, internal links, and page content.
- Technical fixes. Crawl errors, redirect chains, page speed, indexing, and sitemaps.
- Content. Service pages, city pages, and blog posts written to the brief, in the client’s voice.
- Local search. Google Business Profile, citations, and map rankings where the client sells to a local market.
- Reporting. One document per account, per month, ready to forward.

Deeper builds are available per account when a site needs them, including technical SEO work on a broken crawl or a migration.
White Label SEO Reports You Can Send As-Is
Reporting is where most partnerships break down. You get a 40-page PDF dump, you spend two hours turning it into something a client will read, and the margin you saved on delivery goes back out the door.
Our reports are written for the person receiving them, not for the tool that generated them.
Each one carries your logo, opens with what changed and what it means, and answers the three questions every client asks: are we ranking better, is traffic up, and did it produce leads.
If you would rather present the numbers live, we can join the call as your team or stay off it entirely.
What White Label SEO Services Cost
Retail rates are below. These are what the work costs when the client contracts with us directly, which is what a referral partner’s client pays.
| Engagement | Rate | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly retainer | $999+ per month | ongoing search work on one account |
| Strategy and consulting | $250 per hour | you want the plan, your team executes |
| Implementation | $150 per hour | defined pieces of work, no retainer |
| White label and reseller | Volume-based, quoted | multiple accounts under your brand |
| Industry comparison | $5,000 to $8,000 per month | what mid-tier agencies publish |
Partner pricing is a discount against the retail column, and it scales with committed volume rather than sitting at one fixed number.
What moves it:
- How many accounts you commit. One account prices near retail. A book of accounts does not.
- Who handles reporting and client contact. If you present and we deliver, that is less of our time.
- Whether strategy is included. Some partners want the plan built for them. Others already have it and want execution only.
- The size of the site. A five-page service site is a different job from 60 city pages or a large store.
“We saw a dramatic increase in our leads, our phones began ringing constantly, bookings increased by 200% in a couple months.”

When White Label SEO Is Not the Right Fit
There are three situations where white label SEO is the wrong structure, and we will say so instead of taking the account.
Your client expects to talk to whoever does the work. Some clients, especially in regulated categories, want the specialist on the call. Forcing a white label arrangement onto that relationship creates a middleman nobody asked for.
You need us to defend a strategy we did not write. If the plan was built elsewhere and it is wrong, we will not put our execution behind it and let you carry the result.
The site has no tracking. Until calls and forms are recorded properly, nobody can tell you whether the work is paying. That gets fixed first or the reporting is fiction.
How This Works for Fractional CMOs
A fractional CMO is usually accountable for a channel they do not personally run. You own the number, you do not own the execution, and hiring a full agency for a client who needs one channel is hard to justify.
The named partner model is built for that. You stay the strategy lead and the client relationship owner. We run search underneath you and report into you, not around you.
If the engagement is closer to fractional leadership on search specifically, a fractional SEO consultant arrangement may fit better than a delivery partnership. For oversight across the whole marketing function rather than one channel, fractional CMO services cover it.
Why Choose SEO Optimizers
Brandon Leibowitz has run SEO Optimizers since 2010 and personally reviews the work before it goes to a partner. He also teaches the SEO and AI search classes the company runs, so the process behind your client’s account is the same one he defends in front of a room.
We work from Venice Beach in Los Angeles with partners and clients around the world. Accounts are capped deliberately, which is why there is no volume minimum and no pressure to fill a quota with work we cannot do well.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is white label SEO?
White label SEO is search engine optimization delivered by one company and sold under another company’s brand. The agency or consultant keeps the client relationship, the contract, and the invoice, while a partner team runs the research, the page changes, the technical work, and the reporting behind the scenes. The arrangement is common enough that most agencies offering search have some version of it running.
How much does white label SEO cost?
White label SEO is priced per account and scales with committed volume, so a single account prices close to retail while a book of accounts does not. Retail retainers are $999+ per month, with consulting at $250 per hour. What moves the number is how many accounts you commit, site size, and whether you or we handle client reporting.
What is the difference between white label SEO and a partnership?
The difference between white label SEO and a partnership is whose name the client sees. White label means the delivery team stays invisible and the work ships under your brand. A partnership means you are introduced as the lead and the specialist is named alongside you, which suits consultants whose value includes bringing in the right people.
Do you work with fractional CMOs?
We work with fractional CMOs regularly, usually under the named partner model rather than true white label. A fractional CMO is accountable for results on a channel they do not personally execute, so being introduced as their search team gives the client confidence without taking the relationship away from the CMO.
Will my client know you are doing the work?
Your client knows only what you decide to tell them. Under the white label model, everything ships under your brand, reports carry your logo, and we stay off client calls. Under the named partner model we are introduced openly and can join calls as part of your team. You choose the model per account, not once for the whole relationship.
Is there a minimum number of accounts?
There is no minimum account count to start. You can send one account, see how the work and the reporting land, and add more once you trust it. Volume changes the rate rather than the eligibility, so a single-account partner is served the same way as one running several. Starting with one account is the normal way partners test the working relationship.
How long does white label SEO take to show results?
White label SEO generally takes three to six months to show meaningful ranking and traffic movement, the same timeline as any search program. Technical fixes and on-page changes can register within weeks. Competitive terms, new content, and authority building are what take the longer stretch. Set that expectation with your client before the first invoice, not after month two.
Who owns the client relationship?
You own the client relationship in both the white label and named partner models, including the contract and the billing. We do not market to your clients, and we do not approach them during or after an engagement. Under the referral model the client contracts with us directly and you collect a referral fee instead.
